Do you have the permission of the photographers to post there work here? I don't think so!
Most of the pictures are sent to us by email, by people we have begun to know trough this project (without them O-Pad would not exist), some of them are not sent by the authors but by people who stumbled on to them so we don`t have permision for all the pictures but we always credit the photographer and we only post them here because we think they are exccelent, people should see them and get some more attention to the photographer. We claim no credit, all the credit goes to the artists and we try to promote them as much as we can.
Yeahhhhhh! It's about sharing and spreading the love!

Thank you for the reply but most photographers have copyright statements on there sites.
Here is an example from David Nightingales site,

as you have an image of his children on your site I assume you got permission from him first.
Also as you are carrying adverts on your site I'm assuming you hope to make some money from having other people images on your site.
So you consider this is a commercial site because of google ads?
We wanted to mace a fun interesting resource for other people who have simmilar interest to enjoy and celebrate like we do.
That`s all!
We know it`s borderline for some of the pictures.
But it sounds like you are trying to make it sound mean and dirty.
If it makes you sleep better at night we will close down this photoblog and that`s that.
Your pics are wonderful, and I visit your site every day. As George says "Yeahhhhhh! It's about sharing and spreading the love!"

I liked the pictures you posted. I assume you stopped posting because of the commenter. Clicked on his link and looks like he sold his site. Ironic.
